Shipping policy

We ship Melts Infusions tinctures across Canada and the United States with care, packaging, and tracking — so your order arrives in great condition.

Shipping rates

Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders within Canada and the continental United States arrive within 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take a few days longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

US orders and customs

Orders shipping to the United States cross the Canadian border and may be subject to customs processing. We handle all customs documentation on our end, but in rare cases packages may experience brief delays at the border. Any applicable duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Our dropper bottles are packaged in protective materials to prevent breakage and leaking during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@meltsinfusion.com within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timing is out of our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to info@meltsinfusion.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
