It’s important to us that our customers are happy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order to start the return process and initiate receiving a refund.
If you received incorrect or faulty items please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order to initiate the refund or replacement process.
Refund payments will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt of your request to your original form of payment. Replacement packages will be processed and shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of your request.
