❓ Do you accept returns or refunds?
We want you to be happy with your order—truly.
If something went wrong (damaged item, defective product, or you received the wrong thing), we’ll take care of it. Just reach out and we’ll make it right.
⏳ Something off with your order?
Email us at info@meltsinfusion.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Include:

A quick explanation of the issue

A photo if it helps tell the story
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a resolution. This could be a refund, a replacement, or store credit—whatever makes the most sense for the situation.
💭 What if I just changed my mind?
Returns are only approved for reasonable concerns—like if something arrived damaged, not as expected, or with a clear product issue.
We don’t offer refunds for “not noticing a difference” or personal preference after use, especially since results from herbal products can vary and often require consistent use over time.

📦 How returns work
If your return is approved:

We’ll send return instructions

Items must be unopened and in original condition (unless the issue is product-related)

Return shipping is covered in cases where we made a mistake or the item was defective

In all other cases, the customer covers return shipping
💳 Refunds & credits
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Or, we can resend the item or issue store credit

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to process
🚫 Things we can’t accept
We’re not able to accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used items (unless there’s a product issue)
